Clevercub 11+ is an educational website operated by Clevercub Studio. We provide practice activities, mock tests, premium educational content and downloadable 11+ practice materials.
We respect the privacy of our users and take particular care when our services may be used by children. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, how it is protected and the choices available to users and parents or guardians.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Clevercub 11+, we may collect account information such as your email address, account identifier and authentication information.
We do not require children to provide unnecessary personal information such as their home address, school or telephone number in order to use our educational practice materials.
When a customer purchases a practice pack or Premium subscription, we may receive information such as the customer's email address, purchase or subscription status, product purchased, transaction reference and transaction date.
Payment card information is processed securely by Stripe. Clevercub does not store customers' full payment card numbers.
Our website and service providers may also process limited technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, session information and security logs where necessary to operate and protect the service.
2. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to create and manage accounts, provide secure login, activate Premium content, process purchases and subscriptions, confirm ownership of purchased products, provide secure downloads, respond to enquiries, maintain website security and meet applicable legal obligations.
Clevercub does not sell users' personal information.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Depending on the purpose, we process personal information where it is necessary to perform a contract, comply with a legal obligation, pursue legitimate interests such as operating and securing the service, or where consent has been provided when required.
Where information relates to children, we give particular consideration to their rights and best interests.

Clevercub 11+ provides educational resources for children preparing for 11+ examinations. We aim to collect as little personal information from children as reasonably necessary.
Children should ask a parent or guardian before making a purchase, providing personal information or contacting us with information that could identify them.
Parents and guardians may contact us if they have questions about a child's privacy or believe that personal information has been provided inappropriately.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Clevercub uses Stripe to process payments and subscriptions. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy and security practices.
Clevercub receives only the information necessary to confirm payments, activate purchased products or subscriptions and maintain appropriate transaction records.
6. Supabase
Clevercub uses Supabase for services including user authentication, database functionality and secure storage and delivery of certain purchased files.
Information required to provide these features may therefore be processed using Supabase infrastructure.
7. Website Hosting and Service Providers
Clevercub uses trusted service providers to operate the website and related services. These may include hosting, authentication, storage, payment and security providers.
Our current key service providers include Stripe, Supabase, Netlify and Google Analytics.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Clevercub may use essential cookies or similar browser technologies where required for authentication, security, maintaining a user session, or providing core website functionality.
We also use optional Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use Clevercub and to help us improve the website. Analytics cookies are disabled unless you choose “Accept analytics”. These measures include controlled database access, authentication, restricted access to paid files and secure payment processing through specialist providers.

Clevercub currently uses third-party services including Stripe for payments and subscriptions, Supabase for authentication, database and secure storage services, and Netlify for website hosting and related infrastructure.
